23 de maio de 2023Très bon. Un peu déçu par les entrées mais tout le reste était parfait. Le poncha était excellent. service très bien. La formule menu est peut être un peu longue surtout quand on se fait reprocher à demi mot par la serveuse en fin de repas d’avoir pris trop de temps

11 de abril de 2023quality Of the food is good portions are small. Fish lover menu is just 3 types of fish on a plate with a baby carrot and a piece of broccoli. Service is nice restaurant is beautiful.

4 de março de 2023The worst dining experience in Madeira that I had.I was really looking forward to having dinner at this restaurant. I saw it on Michelin guide so I thought it will definitely be worth it.Well I was wrong. We had 6 different waiters serving us at different times you could see they were either packed or just disorganized judging by the scared/tired faces and pace of the servers. One server was quite rude when my partner ordered just soup as he was feeling rather unwell she just rolled her eyes and kinda aggressivelly asked wether he just wanted soup. The last server we had was also a bit odd. He started pouring our wine as we were already having coffee and about to pay and he said in this joking “oh you already paid so you can have more wine” as if it wasn’t ours to have. Weird.The food itself was bland not worth the money at all. I ordered Tartar which came with a weird side of Ceasar salad in a different plate. For the main I had Angus steak with a peppercorn jus which was rather spicy and it was difficult to eat it as I would choke on the pepper. For the price we paid I would’ve expected to at least have my dishes in one plate.The whole restaurant order was just out of place. They serve some appetizers (bread+olive oil etc) before dishes and they don’t clear the empty plates until dessert. So the plates stacked on the table and it was difficult to reach glasses that ceasar dish etc. They forget to fill out wine glasses (we ordered a bottle of wine next to our dishes) as well as water.I am really dissappointed as I was looking to have a nice birthday dinner at a fancier place but I guess I could’ve sticked to regular Madeiran restaurants as all of them have been great except this one.

The chef deserves a Michelin star. the restaurant itself perhaps needs some updating cleaner lines and simple furniture - but it has charm.The staff are amazing taking time to explain enthuse and chat..they’re the experience makers…thank you
